'Whiplash' is the blasting debut album from Power-Surf 4-piece Speedball Jr. who play a brand of revved up Instrumental Rock 'n' Roll which will rip your speakers to shreads! The first full CD "Whiplash" was recorded in 2003 at Zamans Catfarm studio and was released by Drunkabilly Records. The album consisted of eight self penned tracks some of which are already considered classics, and two covers from the English band The Charles Napiers.

This album is also available on vinyl.

New album "For the broad minded"  was recorded in 2006 at CCR and released on Green Cookie Records.

The album consist of 8 original songs and 4 cover versions of some of our favourite surftracks. On this album a catchy organ sound is added to spice up the typical Speedball JR mix. The organ mistress Cécile Musy lent her talents for this album.

In 2006 Speedball JR enlarged with a full time organ player. Nitro Nicky was introduced and stayed with the band till 2007. Thanks Nicky for the good work & fun times!

El Ectronica is now fulfilling the Hammond playing duties of the band.

May 2008: Scorchin' Sascha joins the band as Rhythm Guitar player, Welcome Sascha!
